I heard about this yesterday, and didn't really believe it until I researched it further, but it appears that the Tool front-man really is going to appear at the Plano grocer to promote the line of wine he co-owns. The event is on March 23rd, where Keenan will apparently be signing bottles of wine. I was privy to some insider-info that the store expects a turnout of around 800, but judging by the taste of the average Dallas rocker, my guess is that it might be more than that.
